What type of share am I receiving for my money?

In MillionDollarCrowdSource Parlance you are receiving virtual shares. This is a promisery/contract to payout the designated 10% of the companies profits in time with normal dividend payouts to Shareholders. This 10% is divisible by 1,000,000 shares in blocks of 100 share units totalling 10,000 maximum possible share blocks. You own Virtual Shares and as such carry no voting rights in the normal sense of a company such as Class A and/or B shares. You have none of the usual rights afforded to majority equity holders to call for example, AGM's or override board decisions. You are however through the mechanisms provided via this website pro actively encouraged to partake in the companies growth, by inputting experience @ any level in accordance with company demands. It is your choice to take part in such activities, the board can desist your activities if it is felt the results are counter productive to the companies goals and/or good name. If you are seeking powers beyond the scope mentioned here, you should be investing at either an Angel Investor Level or Venture Capital Level.

What happens to my share percentage should OpenQL fail to sell all 10,000 virtual share blocks?

In the event that only a portion of the 1,000,000 virtual shares are sold, your share of profits will be paid in exactly the same fashion pro-rata. The only difference is that unpaid or unallocated virtual share profits will be retained by the company. The reasons that preclude a total virtual share sell-out are numerous and completely determinable by the Board/Management Team. Inclusive of excessive periods of time passing, making other avenues of investment more attractive. Including Angel Investment, Venture Capitalist Input, Equity Loans and/or Equity Trades.

Why are you choosing to raise money in this fashion outside of the normal channels?

OpenQL are offering anyone with early enough initiative and knowledge of the crowd-source the rare opportunity to own/invest in a hi tech company. The prospector would be hard pressed to find another opportunity of such calibre.

When will I be able to trade or sell my virtual shares?

Upon the $1,000,000 fund being fully subscribed, your shares will be transferable to the highest bidder. In the unlikely event that OpenQL close the availability of shares for whatever reason early, after that official declaration your shares will be valid to resale or transfer.

Can I own more than one share block?

In an ideal world, the crowd source would consist of 10,000 individuals who have all the combined skills necessary to drive the company, vision and technology forward. But the company will go nowhere without money to drive the machine. Whilst, OpenQL could sit awaiting donations, trickling in via sourceforge and the like it's hardly going to rock the world. OpenQL is fortunate in as much as we can't fail in our mission. If the world learns our maths lessons and comprehends the implications, the founders efforts will have been worthwhile. The Founders have been partners for 20 years. That's quite a span across hi tech industry. Our digression aside nu.fm is the intellectual owner of our technology, OpenQL is the market name and ****@nu.fm is a long established address setup to receive remuneration for work conducted on-line by our company.
